I have found that in most occasions this happens. You look at the initial design and don't like where it is going because you have trusted and loved the current one. The minute you let go of the current one and embrace the new design you will be much happier. I had the same issue with the E90 until I started accepting it and now look at the e46 and feel it is dated.

old habits are hard to break, in MB i always oved the coupe, and instantlyu loved the current coupe, but htis one is a little odd for me..... maybe in time....

when i first saw the P.S which is long time ago i was disapointed , cuz i loved the current cl ,,, but now i understand what mercedes is trying to do ,,, this reminds me of the old sec coupe ...

Sec or not, it looks like its going to be like a CLS. I guess its okay, just dont want every new model to look like a bigger or smaller CLS.

true, this is gonna look more like the cls then the s-class , tho i love the looks of the cls but i would like it to look differant ...

That last pic makes it look ok. But for the most part, its hard to change from the current to that look.... but the rear looks better than the front i will admit.

For some reason it looks stupid in those spy pics . but hey , they are just spy pics ...
