![]() | Re: Edmunds: C63 Driven There is a difference between race cars having aerodynamic elements for functional reasons and road cars having the same elements to make it look like a race car with out the functional benefits - some use the term "rice car" to describe a car when it has a lot these non functional elements (cause the asian crowd usually tends to over do it more than others). Most M, RS and recent AMG cars have some of these non functional elements to give the consumer the idea that it is related to a race car. Of all the present cars, the C63 definitely has more of these elements than the rest but it falls far far short of justifying the term "rice car" to describe it. |
