***Wimmer Photographs the Mercedes-Benz W204 C-Class!!!***

Guys, I stopped by the local Mercedes-Benz dealership this afternoon and look what was up at the dealership.

THIS!

Ok, so it looks pretty basic because it is a Classic trim level C-Class, but I came away with a good impression of the car.

First off, compared to the W203, the W204 looks a little more compact and sleeker. Interesting how they managed to squeeze more interior space out of this thing. The car looks pretty good, and this was a base model Classic version. Overall, the design looks fantastic in person. I just wish this were an Elegance or Avantgarde version for the Classic version still looks pretty empty and lacking in something. Overall though, sleek and dynamic looking.

The interior was the surprising part. The pictures cannot convey the quality look to it. I was pleasantly surprised from the visual aspect of the interior. The design is pretty cool and the dark plastics used look much more HQ than the plastics used in the W203. Also, there's more chrome or chrome imitating plastic on the inside which gives a more upscale impression. Looking good in this department.

More pictures!

With the old BMW 3-Series in the background...

Thanks for these first pictures cawimmer!! I went to our dealer last Thursday. Sadly, I forgot my camera...they had a blue (!) S 63 AMG, SL 55 AMG (in designo graphite green), SLK with new sportpackage and a lot more cars there! Nevertheless I can't wait to see the W204 C-Class in real life!

Even the base version still looks good. The new C-Class looks rather dashing in black.

Judging by the "Werskwagen" sticker on the boot lid, I assume this is a factory car, Am I right?

It looks even more like a mini S class in these photos. Even in Classic trim, this car looks expensive. The wheel design for the Classic line is actually not bad at all. The interior has way too much dark colour, but it looks like it is made out of high quality material

Thanks Cawimmer

Make sure it's an Elegance or Avantgarde version though!

No problem about the pictures. I need to take off and pick up my dad soon but I'll be back later tonight.

Anytime.

Yep, the wheels look pretty decent for an entry-level car. On the W203, your run-of-the-mill Classic C200 CDI and C220 CDI came with plastic hubcaps.

THIS is a major improvement. And the C220 CDI photographed has 170-horsepower! Pretty sweet for an entry level baby Benz.

Re: ***Wimmer Photographs the Mercedes-Benz W204 C-Class!!!***

Wheels look too small. It's painfully obvious that the wells were made for bigger packages.

Looks tight. My only complaint are the might ass indicator lights on the side mirrors. What's up with those?
