Mercedes-Benz C400 Biturbo (W204)?

I was corresponding with my retired Mercedes-Benz salesman friend, Mr. Schultz, and he told me this:

C400 - 4Matic DE also Benziner – 4 Liter V6 Biturbo Direkteinspritzer mit 408 PS. Null auf 100 km/h in 4 Sekunden!! Das wäre doch was, oder ???

I asked him if he was joking and he asked if read Autobild?

es stand sogar schon in der letzten AutoBild – nur - wer soll bei uns so ein Auto kaufen ? Mit freundlichen Grüßen CHS

I will need to check this out, but basically, this C400 will be available in 4Matic and make use of a 4-l V6 engine with biturbo forced induction and have 408-horsepower. 0-100 km/h is estimated to be in 4 seconds.

Like I said, I will need to look for this in the last Autobild. If it's true, it looks like this is Mercedes' answer against the BMW 335i.

That would be awesome! But, what's then with C63?

That's what I am wondering. Maybe the upcoming C63 AMG will be faster than 4 seconds to 100 km/h!

sure if they can keep the price down. A car that cost twice as much as 335i I dont consider a competitor to 335i.

wow damn thats one heck of a engine..
but 4s no way.. more like 4.8 maybe
around 4.2 for C63 if it gets 480hp

I agree. Maybe Mr. Schultz meant 5 seconds...
