Even though Gordon Murray is a legend in designing 100% focused driver's car maybe sometimes he need to losen up a bit. Not every car is built to be a 100% drivers car and he should stop complaining about them. E.g Veyron ment to be just a showcase car, many people know VAG just wants to show the world what can be done.

Not to forget the way he disagree with the Mclaren and MB executives in deciding the purpose of the SLR and then he just walked out from the project.

Gordon Murray just so happend to be responsible for the MClaren F1 which is one of thee most prized vehicles ever made. However his being reponsible for the sensational ubercar doesn't make him some expert on automobiles (engineering; yes). He's more a typical auto journalist than anything.

its true..he is a bitch really..
in a inteview with him and Horacio pagani where they commented both the Zonda F and the Macca.. Horacio where like a gentleman..very nice observations with alot of respect..
and he the other dude..he was like..its allright..just his attitude was all wrong..

I've read this before and other articles by him. I respect his opinions alot but automotive journalism is not what he should be doing. He seems to compare every car he drives to the McLaren F1. If he continues doing that he will never be pleased with a car!
