![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ok. We all know of those classic bimmers, like 507, 2002 and all the other cars, that are a part of the world automotive history. But here's a question: What Bimmers do you think will become classics? For me i thing E46 M3 and E39 M5 will.. M3 for the great engine, design and all the other features that made it the best selling M ever. Almost the same for the M5. Great engine and design. Light year ahead of the other cars at that time. It's design will last forever. |

![]() | Re: Bimmers to become classics I dunno about you guys, but I think the pre-facelift E65 7 Series will become an absolute classic in twenty or thirty years time. Why? It introduced the radical new styling of BMW's to come, and has further influenced other car makers in designing more 'out-there' designs; I-Drive was introduced on the 7 Series and just the fact that it was so controversial when it was first released. |
