  | Battle over "Q" settled between Audi and Nissan. Nissan and Audi reached an agreement over the use of "Q" letter in Audi's Q7 SUV. No details were announced for the terms of the agreement so far. The Japense don't hesitate to use similar model designations as the Germans, but throw a fit when someone else may have an identical name next to theirs. When the Lincoln LS came out, they were going to name the V8 the "LS8", and the V6 the "LS6". Lexus wouldn't have it, took them to court and somehow someway they won out, when at the same time they have the audacity to ride MB's jock and use "LS430", minus the "L" you have a car w/ the same EXACT name of an MB. Good for MB that they really didn't care knowing Lexus was just trying to play w/ the big boys but had nothing to bring to the table. |

| Re: Battle over "Q" settled between Audi and Nissan. Shame that when Infiniti used the "M" in the M35/45 BMW didn't do anything. They should had protected the use of the letter since they used it first. |
