His photography is exceptionally good, however, I think his talent not only lies with photography but with post-processing.

I have always wondered how you get this surreal feeling or crisp and lovely colored portraits in photoshop. I don't think pictures come out of the camera like that. There is a lot of post-processing to be done.

he is a talent indeed.. car companys should hire him for their press shots

You are absolutely right Michael. Most of it is in the post processing. People say that his skill is how he visulizes the final picture after post processing and adapts after his final intentions, or something. Anyway, he is king!

his people photos aren't bad either.

He is very talented. His photos are very commercial -- does he work for magazines?.

His technical skill is perhaps a bit greater than his creativity but he certainly knows what works for car photography -- I love the metallic look of many of his pictures.

I am still boggled by how he gets that surreal feel. This is common on all of these types of pictures. You can see them on the websites of BMW, Porsche, MB, etc. How is this done? I can't guess it is Full Frame, or film that does this. Like I said before, I am betting that it is photoshop skill that really brings this to life.

Here is an idea of what it takes to get a good picture:
