Ford Mondeo 2007

Here are some good renderings of how the new mondeo might end up looking like. Ford has already made it clear the the car will have a coupe like shape. Ford cars allrady have pretty good handling and I have feeling that the new Mondeo will be a seriously good looking a decent Passat competitor.

Thanks God! Ford is finally moving from its "new edge design" to much more exciting "kinetic design".

Thank you Bangle/BMW for bringing exciting design back to the automotive industry.

what does BMW have to do with this?
to me it looks like MB has more to do with this.. S class wheel arches..
CLS type car..
where is BMW in this..

Ford themselves have said that the car will be very smiliar to the Iosis concept. Looking at the concept and the pictures above, I think that they give a good indication of what the final car might end up looking like. Hopefully ford wont' screw it up.

E.g. Z4, 7er, 5er, 6er. Remeber Z9 Concept. Or Xcoupe?

All started with BMW. There were some Concepts before (Seat), but not realized. BMW had the guts to push such design forward. And the others have followed. Including MB.

maybe im blind but i dont see BMW in this car..

i hope your not saying that everyone making a car standing out from their previous modells are doing do beacuse BMW did so??.. cause thats just to extreme..

i don't like it... It should look more conservative. IMO the ford mondeo 2007 should be a kind of an evolution of the current model. not an entire design revolution. Here in greece this car sell too much, mainly because it's a good buy for it's price, considering its engines and the size of the car. Plastics' quality should be better though...

Well actually not. Before the bangle bimmers, the consensus was evolution (of the boring). Now everybody speaks about bold design.
This is how Ford should make a car, at least from a design point of view.
