![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | When Jeep first debuted a concept version of what's now the production Compass, it sported a rallye-inspired body kit, large, grille-mounted driving lights, and low profile tires with red striping. The point was to get the race car fans at the 2006 Frankfurt show excited about the Jeep brand. Now that the real Compass has failed to generate much excitement, Jeep has decided to bring the Rallye idea back with the model you see here. With a roof-mounted spoiler, driving lights, chrome badging, and a body kit, the Rallye Edition Compass no longer looks like Hello Kitty. It looks like Hello Kitty wearing a ninja costume. The package will be available on both sport and limited models, and with either two- or four-wheel-drive, with red, silver, black, green, and blue as the color choices. Pre-orders are available, and the kit will cost $1985 on sport models or $1850 with the limited trim level. Jeep says that the package "adds rallye car toughness to a the Compass' athletic styling." We still think its one ugly little crossover. - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER Not bad, though Wheels need 2 be bigger, looks like the compass is another slow seller in the chrysler Lineup, Quite surprised ..... |
