Sorry to dissapoint you but it will likely look like the S8. The RS6 is the one what will look raw and powerful like the RS4.

Re: Audi S6 to be presented at NAIAS.

Yeah i know man..its sad...

But the thing is.. i dont really get this S and RS deal..is this really necessary.. often the S modells tend to be underpowerd compared to the rivals.. and the RS ones cost to much..so they go into a diffrent dimension...
Why dont they just release i raw RS modell atleast from A4 and up.. and keep the S ones for the lower modell cars..

And when they really want to go nutts and charge alot of cash.. release limited editions like AMG 65´s or race cars like CSL´s

Nah, I think Audi should just do RS cars, NO S cars, and RS+ cars for "CSL" editions.

Re: Audi S6 to be presented at NAIAS.

I understand you guys I also want to see the RS6 ASAP . You are not the only ones who have ben bothered buy this whole S and RS circus. The RS versions are rightin the eyes AMG and M competitors and the S verisons are made to be fill the gap between the RS versions and the 3.2/4.2 Quattro version with a little sprinkle of sportyness to show the public that it's not an average 1.8T Audi.

The S version can be compared with BMW X30 och X35 versions which are for people who want fast bimmers but don't neccessarily want a too sporty cars. This is because they are much more expensive to own due to them using unique component compared with the "normal" versions of the respective car. We all know that it's much more expensive to own a M3 than a 330ci.

Re: Audi S6 to be presented at NAIAS.

W/ the available S line packs spread all across the model range, the S cars are uber redundant... I say Dr. Winterkorn and fellow board members make an executive decision and ax the whole entire S car range replaced by RS and RS + cars, make more sense and would serve August Horsch proud. At least that would be my argument if I worked for Audi on top brass. LoL, for now that's just a fantasy...
