Sato disqualified, Albers punished

Oct.1 (GMM) After investigating the last-lap carnage at Shanghai, Chinese grand prix stewards disqualified Super Aguri's Takuma Sato.

The Japanese was found guilty of ignoring blue flags and blocking quicker drivers, so he was excluded from the results following an earlier reprimand in 2006.

Spyker's Christijan Albers was also penalised, but he received only a 25 second penalty because it is his first offence.

Brazilian Rubens Barrichello, meanwhile, escaped sanction for his collision with Nick Heidfeld, but Honda principal Nick Fry dismissed as 'ludicrous' any suggestion that the Japanese carmaker used its connection with Super Aguri to ask Sato to block Heidfeld for a lap.

The incident occurred only after the two works Hondas caught Heidfeld, who was running in fourth at the start of the last lap, and a BMW-Sauber statement that hinted at 'dubious manoeuvres'.

''To think that is complete rubbish,'' Fry told reporters.

What is rubbinsh, is Sato's disaqualification. So what if he loses his precious 14th spot. Whoopti****ingdo!

This is not his first offence in this sort of matter and so he should be banned for a few races.

Man I am pissed right now.
