Yes, the G63 was built in 2004 by AMG in both LWB and in XXL (stretched) versions. As far as I know, of the 10-12 that were built at least two of them are in the UAE, including the one above. It uses the old naturally aspirated V12 engine.
AMG has actually recently produced a handful of G65 Bi-turbo's for select customers.
