Can't they get input from a certain Ferrari owner by the name of M. Schumacher or previous drivers named Prost, Mansell, Berger, etc...? I still treat the FXX as some one-off, custom job because I think it is an excuse to sell a jazzed-up Enzo.
The P4 was a more unique case, as I said. The buyer commissioned Pininfarina to design the car, but it has the Ferrari badge and can be considered a Ferrari. I don't think they seem to mind promoting it as one.
Schu has a bunch of cars, but I think he pays for them. The only one that I don't think he paid for was his F50. The Mansell F40 fiasco turned the practice of giving cars into a farce.
