This is my opinion how things will play out. The Wii will be number one in Japan and Xbox 360 will be number 1 in the US. PS3 will be number 2 in Japan and number 3 in the US. The Wii will probably be number 2 in the US. Klier is right, the Xbox 360 is bust in Japan. I don't understand why. Is it a bias towards their home grown systems or does the Xbox 360 not have enough games that interest the Japanese market?

For me I doubt I will buy a Wii for myself. It's lack of HDTV support and its funky controller are turnoffs for me. Maybe I'll get one for my kids since it will probably be the best platform kids games. Right now my daughters are happy with their PS2. They also have a Gamecube, Gameboy Advance, DS and their own PC to which they can play games.
