Well, that steering wheel certainly beats the GTI's. It's very nice, though you can see that the audio controls on it are the same as on any other lower-level VAG product, and I dare say that the audio units will be as well.

As for VW, well, they might have strange delusions about luxury, but I don't think they'd make the mistake of having a lower level sub-brand take the limelight over their main brand, VW.

I suppose that, to some, it might indeed be an attractive proposition. Something good, but also something less common. To me, though, I can't get past that exterior..
