If he can win the title this year, which I still doubt, it could be his greatest and possibly final triumph. Schu is just one DNF from losing the title. I think Alonso and Renault could come back in Hungary. The events of Monaco and his accident Melbourne could be the decider in the title race.
One more thing. It boggles me why anyone cares about Montoya. The guys never got on with his mates and his F1 career was a flop. His best chance to win a title was his first year, but he had nothing to show for it. He was accused of being obsessed with Michael because Monty always tried to make audacious moves on him. |
Actually I think his best chance was in 2003. In 2001 and 2002 the Williams BMW weren't capable to battle Ferrari.
However his inconsitency eventualy pissed me off.
Also for Renault, now that Alonso will also receive the new evolution, the biggest problem will be tires.
