| Re: The weight lifting thread. I weigh 160lbs and am 6'1"...so you can see i am pretty thin. I have tried weight gainer, protein powder, eating like a pig, etc etc. but nothing really works. It took my like 6 months of working three times a week to gain 10 pounds. I honestly see much more appearence and strength differences than weight difference . But like osna says, its all about your matabolism and your genetics. |
