I don't know what the FIA is on...I see passing all the time in F1. I saw Renaults and Mclarens passing Manardis, Jordans, Saubers, BARs, RBRs, and on occasions Willaims and Ferraris. Not to mention all the cars being lapped.

This new wing design isn't going to make the back markers any faster. If they really want passing (for position) they are going to have to inject some money into the smaller teams or drastically limit the amount of testing bigger teams have. Elliminating Parc Ferme and reinstating the quali format we saw in the late 90s would also help make the sport a little more exciting.
