Ferrari's advantage also comes from a higher top speed then the other teams (just look at the Montreal GP' numbers)...

And althought top speed is useless in the slow parts, there is little room to pass there. The main passing area is at the end of the straight, where nobody will be able to catch Ferrari. So unless they have other problems, i'd be willing to bet on a 1-2 Ferrari win.
