Crazy story... truth of the matter, there is no way out... If you dont have the money down, to get out of the hole that is, then there is nothig that can be done. Either deal with the payment till its over, or TRY to refinance. Other than that banks dont lend unlimited amounts of money they simply have a percent ratio to the trade book value.

Regardless, im not saying insurance scams are the way to go, but sometimes people feel there is just no way out...

Through out the whole article i havent seen them provide a solution for the customer yet...

Working at a dealership you see some people in incredibly BAD situations...
