I agree with you. With the E46 is just sit and drive no complications, it's allready configured for you. The M5 and M6 has lots of setting which might be confusing and annoying. Sometimes simplicity is best. Hopefully in 3 years I'll afford a E46 M3 when the value of the cars has dropped to a >350k level.
