i have this theory that the Russians still hold a grudge against the US for the cold war.. and the fall of soviet.. i belive that if the opposition against the US grows strong.. Russia will be one of the large nations to join the opposition.. to me it feels like they are only friends on the outside but there are still rivelry underneath it all...
