Other egoistic British critics include Simon Cowell. They kinda talk and exaggerate the same way. Great entertainment, but not so sure if they're as qualified as they seem to be.

JC's reviews are so entertainment-based that you can exactly pinpoint which part of the essay he finally starts to describes about the car. I feel that he should integrate the first half of his (ahem) discussion to the article's purpose, and not digress till kingdom come.

I hear ya, but it comes down to personal preference, doesn't it? When I buy a car, I don't care what anyone else thinks about it...I drive cars, then I choose the one that best fits me. If I listened to journalists, I would be driving a Mazda3 instead of a Honda Civic.

I would never buy a Chevrolet Cavalier, but it was the best-selling car in Canada for about 12 years...what do you think most journalists had to say about it?
