Yeah I tried to find the article on WCF-G, but they don't go back that far I guess, but yeah MB did produce a few E55 4Matics for Germany. They always do little runs of rare cars like the E36 Cabriolet from the W124 Cabrio days and the S63 V12 AMG version of the W220 back in 2001.
