No. This car uses VW's PQ35 platform (with slightly elongated wheelbase) like Golf and A3 while Q5 will use B8 platform like the next A4 and new A5.
Among others:
PQ35=McPherson struts front + 4 link rear suspension
B8= Double wishbone + 5 link rear suspension (Audi calls the front suspension 4 link but it's essentially double wishbone)
