If I remember well, these were the settings:
* f6.3
* tele (around 200mm I guess) for a shallow depth-of-field

* no flash (quite obvious)

Ha, just remembered photos have all that info inbedded, and it tells me you shot at 200mm, f/6.3, 1/200th and ISO1600 (which explains the graininess). Exceptional zoom range in that lens, fantastic!! I have three to cover the same focal lengths...
By the way, really like the effect of the framing the leaves and shadows create... really draws attention to the subject
