Now here in the states, there people who use the emergency room as their main medical care,
could be ignorance, could be laziness, this "clogs" the room and puts unneeded stress on the medical staff.

Little bit of A, little bit of B in Australia. People are using Emergency rooms more then they use to. In the same token, the Government has not provided the support needed to grow with this increase. As such, Emergency clinics are running at the same capacity only with more patients...
