I sympathize, ER doctors have it really rough.

What really gets me are people who expect miracles. What happens in many cases, will happen, regardless of the wait.

Now here in the states, there people who use the emergency room as their main medical care,
could be ignorance, could be laziness, this "clogs" the room and puts unneeded stress on the medical staff.

Is it the same down under?
