^ I can't agree with that Lu, Stalin was no man of vision ....he was only interested in the preservation of his own power.

In truth, very few dictators can truly be called "visionaries" -- as much as it makes me uncomfortable to say it, Vladimir Lenin, Adolf Hitler and Mao Tse-tung were rare exceptions in that regard.
