i think it's a positive move. right now, it's not clear whether it's gonna be a proper circuit or s street circuit ala Monaco.
but i'm happy. exchange rate wise, it's cheap for me to take a flight there watch, stay in a nice place, check out some Bollywood babes
and come home satisfied.
