Even when they had form early in the season, they didn't capitalize on it completely. The loss of Schumacher and Brawn is slowly catching up to them. Mclaren will get 1-2 here and maybe another in the USA. Ferrari will be reeling and, unlike previous years, they won't have Schu to claw back the deficit.

There's no way they have much more fuel than Mclaren. Montreal is not a circuit where you want to go heavy because the increased weight only stresses brakes more. Ferrari will be lucky to have one car on the podium. They don't have much more race pace than Mclaren. If Ferrari is resorting to hoping that they do, then it's pretty bleak. There's equally little hope for a win at US GP.
