I have been playing rugby for about six years now, so I have never had a problem running or being conditioned but since summer started I have been doing my own personal summer workout which is the same Ive always done for about the past 3years. Which is basically running and lifting 6 days out of the week.
Now for some reason though when I do my running, my calves start to get tired and burn. Ive never had this problem before, and its really pissing me off since now my legs get tired before I even began to get exhausted from running. Never had this problem before...
My theory is its something Ive been eating or drinking, specifically the massive amounts of alcohol I have been drinking since school got out for summer. |
