I had lunch with a few Porsche Club friends today (a monthly event) and no one came by Porsche which we seldom do. My friend Don was driving his brand new Audi S-6 V-10. Very impressive car, 4500 glistening pounds, 85 thousand dollars. Direct injection engine, while MB is still dithering. Even the Cayenne now has direct injection with the 997 to follow soon.

Another's attendee's '07 E-Class Bluetec diesel is oldish news now. Also, two other new cars which we semi-ignored, A Jeep Liberty and a Hummer, the small one. I was rude. My friend Jim's '99 CLK430 and my '01 C320 were the antiques.
