Flying BMW takes aim at the top two

BMW Sauber is setting its sights on Ferrari and McLaren after its breakthrough performance in the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Nick Heidfeld has now finished fourth in every race so far this year and put BMW into a comfortable third place in the constructors' championship.
At Sakhir he was closer than ever to the lead pace – passing Fernando Alonso around the outside for fourth, and then staying within range of third-placed Kimi Raikkonen to the end of the race.
Team boss Mario Theissen believes the performance was a major milestone in his team's short history.
"For the first time, we were able to meet the speeds of the top teams over the entire distance of the race," he said.
"This good result provides the entire team with a feeling of confidence and, at the same time, it gives us great motivation.
"Everyone can feel it: We have the substance and the ability to focus on the top teams now."
The team's immediate target is to finish on the podium for the first time in 2007.
"Podium results remain our goal and we have come very close three times already," said Theissen.
"During the four weeks before the start to the European season in Barcelona, we will continue to work hard in Munich and in Hinwil.
"We are now looking forward to our first appearance in Europe full of optimism."
