Aren't they all based on their japanese equivalents?
E.g.
Lexus SC = Toyota Soarer
Lexus IS = Toyota Altezza
Lexus RX = Toyota Harrier
Lexus GS = Toyota Aristo
Not sure what current LS is based on though...
