I like the R-class, it looks like a beast. It really ain't that bad. The problem with it is that it has come 4 years to late. The market for large MPVs have shrunk significantly the latest years, and that's all thanks to the SUV. Moms with big number of children prefer SUVs since they are more compact, luxurious and have a much higher hipp factor. As a matter of fact SUVs have even leeched sales from sedans and estates. The next R-class better be a gigantic SAC.
