Finally the Oil sucking sheiks in Egypt have decided to spend some of their cash, rather than letting the numbers in their bank account pointlessly increase. The build project is nothing but spectacular. A gigantic area with a Spa, Marina but most specially villas with striking designs. BTW, this ain't just some vision, the construction began in January this year. It will all be finished in 2010.

The palace. 5 of these 1 500 square meter palaces will be built. The space is enough to host a party for 600 people.
