We were between a Bosch, Gaggia, La Pavoni and this one. Ultimately, it came down to a space/design issue.

The Saeco is a superautomatic, all we do is put coffee beans and water, the 'monolith' grinds, shoots the water and that's it!

It has a dial for setting the amout of water.. from NSL's ristreto ( 8 gr of coffee, 2 Oz water ) to Car Diva's classic doubleshot ( 4.5 Oz), to the 'wuzzy' Cafe Americano ( 10 Oz) for our guests.

It's good to see we are not the only caffeine addicts here; I guess many get their fix through sodas and enery/power drinks ( Red Bull and such).
