Thanks guys, keep in mind although I don't post I get to read a lot since NSL is on almost all the time.
Ok back to caffeine ... I'm still missing the Francis but the new one is pretty cool.
We were between a Bosch, Gaggia, La Pavoni and this one. Ultimately, it came down to a space/design issue.
The Saeco is a superautomatic, all we do is put coffee beans and water, the 'monolith' grinds, shoots the water and that's it!
It has a dial for setting the amout of water.. from NSL's ristreto ( 8 gr of coffee, 2 Oz water ) to Car Diva's classic doubleshot ( 4.5 Oz), to the 'wuzzy' Cafe Americano ( 10 Oz) for our guests.
It's good to see we are not the only caffeine addicts here; I guess many get their fix through sodas and enery/power drinks ( Red Bull and such).
Here's a picture of our new Saeco (Incanto Rondo S-class)
