Maserati Quattroporte III & IV

Maserati had a mini Quattroporte event at the showroom for the launch. They displayed the Quattroporte V together with the Quattroporte III and IV. Enjoy the pictures...

Quattroporte IV, Quattroporte V and Quattroporte III

Quattroporte III (1979-1990)

How cool is this! An auto box with seat adjustment and lots more.

The doors handles of the yesteryear were so sublime - this was like a latch, and I love it.

The seats looked really comfortable.

Luxurious, no?

Twin pipes and a classic wide-body stance.

A very typical front.

Quattroporte IV (1994-2000)

I must say, this is a very disappointing car. It seemed as if it was a downgrade from the III; interior materials weren't as good, it felt really conventional and as far as I can remember, it used Citroen's pneumatic suspension which was very problematic.

A very plain interior, lacks much of the sense of occasion from the III.

Rear legroom's just decent.

See what I mean with a downgrade? These door handles look pathetic...

First reminded me of an Alfa.
