I once drove over 900 miles round trip to go to court for a speeding ticket, I had just moved.
It was worth it, the cop did not show up. Judge was pissed, I was the 5 or 6th case and on each case either the cop or other person did not show up. |
That's the easiest way but how about using the law against it's self! I've beat tickets with the cop their, with his card proving his radar gun was properly colibrated and all!
Their's more way's for you to beat a ticket than way's for the state to prove it!
