You have an amazing story Alex and it was nice reading it.
I've been super thin all my life and I am so genetically. My dad weighed 58kg when he got married but he didn't work out, bulk or anything like that. I bulk and have been working out since September and have probobly gained about 5kg since. Weigh 63kg now. Despite my family is thin by genetics my dad now weighs 80-90kg and that's just how he's big, not really fat. Will I grow "bigger" too as I gain weight?
My goal now is to reach 70-75kg and then start swimming again and not work out at the gym as much as I do now. And after doing that for a year or so I'll do more gym than swimming and work towards my dream weight, 80-85kg. And once there I'll quit the gym and only swim. |
