After reviewing the comments from AutoSpies, as well as here and even a few Lexus forums I can tell you the new IS-F isn't well likeD. In fact I've found very few who actually like it.
It's sort of a typical Lexus/Toyota thing. They always introduce these crazy designs (whether it's this IS-F going from the IS350) or for another example, the MK3 Supra (blocky, shark nose) to the MK4 Supra (overstated).

BTW, I think if Lexus toned down the that outrageous side air scoop (or whatever that is) and changed the rear exhausts, it wouldn't be that bad looking. As it is, the front is ok, but the side and rear views just make me wonder what they were thinking. It doesn't look sporty or elegant to me either. I just can't help but think of
R I C E when I look at those areas.
