Well I'm torn because as many of you know I love the W124, but I'm completely smitten with the W211 also, but for now I'll still go with the W124 because of its superior reputation relative to that of the W211 so far.

Plus there is no true successor to the E500 or E320 Coupe and Cabriolet in the W211 lineup. You have the spectacular E63 and now the CLK range, nice, brilliant even in the case of the E63, but that "specialness" isn't there like it was with the E500 and 2-door E320 models.
