Re: Bentley seems to be winning the "ultra-luxury" battle.

After Rolls-Royce had became a part of BMW Group, they had to build new factory & dealer network from scratch, employ and train new workers, etc.

VW got the RR/Bentley factory, all established dealer network, all trained workers. BMW only got the RR brand copyright.

Maybach was a similar case: MB had to train workers, establish dealer network & promote the new brand.

Bentley had a huge advantage from the start. Also Bentley priced its new product much lower than RR & Maybach (half a price).
Even RR and Maybach will complete their model ranges (incl. smaller limousine, coupe, cabrio), they will sell lower volumes than Bentley - because they will be much more expensive.
