I have no doubt Bentley will sell many in that area -- but, some of the more discreet and aristocratic residents of Monaco or Cap Ferrat, will probably find it far too ostentatious and flamboyant ...a car bought for the express purpose of flaunting ones wealth -- those people are not impressed by wealth, everyone they know is very wealthy, so such vulgar displays of conspicuous consumption could very well make entirely the 'wrong' impression.
