I remember I posted the power drop-off of the E55 on the MBworld forums, thay thought I was really crazy!
The main problem with the E55 is that it`s massive 516lb-ft is released way too earily! at just 2650rpm it simply didn`t have enough leg room in the upper
rpm range to like the E63 does as you stated. I can only imagine how well the E63 would do with 516lb-ft with the 7G. That would be crazy fast!

yeah , exactly what im trying to prove here , 2650 rpm so very soon , and then after 100 mph you dont feel any of that torque .....
I am serious , you cant start a rolling start with the E63 anywhere between 20 and 70 mph on manuel mode with ESP ON cause it will skid and interrupt your acceleration , that's where you feel all the torque at , at higher rpm torque , thats why I mentioned earlier , it has no lack of power what so ever .....
