![]() You are correct...I forgot about it. You can't have the montego blue with the M-sport. That's a pitty. Le-mans blue is a GREAT COLOR!!! Truly amazing especially with the M-Sport package...something that I could not afford. I hope it all goes well mate...and I really, trully hope and wish that you will order it soon!! Let us know what is the process. I'd like to know what delivery date they'll give you. ![]()

![]() Only 8-10 weeks?! That's fast! I wonder why mine takes that long...but this is common for Greece. Maybe someone that knows BMWs better can explain. ![]()

The EVO magazine in Greece has wrote a pretty good review. It mentioned that they liked the engine sound, the steering feel and the performance. They measured 0-100km/hr in 8.3 seconds. They drove it in Germany. Look...the 1er 3dr is just starting to be delivered. Bear in mind that the first 120i 3drs were delivered to Greece just last week. Two of them were used at the motor-show and the rest will be used as press-cars for the various magazines. As of June the first cars will be delivered to their owners...and roughly by that time we will see some serious tests...up against its competitors. I guess the main rival of the 120i is the Audi A3 1.8TFSI with 160hp. I drove it at the motor show. It was pretty fast...great engine...with plenty of torque...but the steering was awful. Really light, unsafe and with zero feedback and feel. Brakes and handling are up to par and it is cheaper than the 120i...but I would prefer the 1er mainly because of the rear-wheel-drive, the handling (50:50 distribution) and the steering. As you understand the 120i 3dr is a pretty new car...and I doubt that I will drive it before mine arrives.

![]() | Re: Official pics & info: facelifted BMW 1-series + 3dr version Strangely enough there are still no details at where I am about the facelift/3dr 1er, in general, is the 3 door cheaper than the 5 door? approximately what percentage is the 3 door cheaper by? The A3 3dr for example, is quite a bit cheaper than the 5dr sportsback, but there is a feeling that the 3dr 1series won't be that much cheaper, it has doors and Bpillars of bmw coupes.. |

![]() | Re: Official pics & info: facelifted BMW 1-series + 3dr version Yes, the difference between these two seems to be around 1000 euro here in Finland. I was told that the first 3-doors will be here on June 6th. Can't wait to see it IRL |
