| Re: BMW expects the 1-series to lure enthusiasts back into the fold With due respects to the author of the last post, I do not really understand what is in a name, what does it really matter what they call what, the old or original M1 is long past and probably only remarkable at that time. Perhaps then an alternative name 1M, baby M, The One M it matters not, even if they were to make the leading performance 1er in the future a diesel   , why would it matter? It is surely the the car and its dynamics that are the important thing not the name.Quote:
